Who we are

Hopline Mobile is a brand of RevHill Global Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organized in Ohio, USA, with its address at 6545 Market Ave. North, Canton, OH 44721 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use hoplinemobile.com or buy an eSIM from us.

What we sell

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for travel. Plans do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS. Each plan covers the countries, data amount and validity period shown before you pay.

We buy network access from wholesale partners. Coverage, speed and network availability depend on local carriers and can vary by location, device and time. We don’t guarantee a specific speed or uninterrupted service.

Traffic may be routed through another country, so some apps and websites may see you as being in that country.

Your device

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before you buy. An eSIM that can’t be installed because the device is incompatible or locked is handled under our Refund Policy.

Validity

Unless the plan says otherwise, a plan’s validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not when you buy or install it. An eSIM that is never activated expires 180 days after purchase. Unused data does not carry over after the validity period ends.

Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You pay once per order; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals unless you explicitly sign up for one.

Acceptable use

You may not resell our eSIMs, use them for unlawful activity, spam, network attacks, or any use that harms our partners’ networks. We may suspend an eSIM that is used this way, without refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed connections, lost business or roaming charges from another provider.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
